General Rules:
  1. The fest is open to all undergraduate students.
  2. Participants must carry permission letters, respective ID cards and shall produce them when necessary.
  3. Teams which participate in all the events will be eligible for the overall championship.
  4. Teams should confirm their participation on or before June 3, 2023.
  5. Any indecent behavior during the course of the fest will not be entertained.
  6. Participants must be dressed in formal attire on the days of the fest.
  7. Registration fees per event is ₹100.
  8. Participants are required to report by 8:30AM.
  9. Participants are expected to bring their own mobile phones, laptops, pen drive, etc.
  10. The students are supposed to check with the student coordinator or with the faculty coordinator about the Pre-assigned task.
  11. Rules will be specific for each round.
  12. Participants will be disqualified on the spot if they fail to adhere to the rules.
  13. Replacement of any participant of a team is not allowed after registration.
  14. It is the responsibility of the participants to clear the doubts before the event commences.

STRANGER THINGS (Ice Breaker)

Every once in a few years, a new show comes to our screens that captures the imaginations of the world. We have all been charmed by baby Yoda, fascinated by The Professor and his team, and wondered what it would be like to participate in the Squid Game. What would you do if you had the chance to create the next OTT phenomenon? Would you triumph like El or would you disappear like Barb?

Rules

1. All the participants (excluding Best Manager) must be a part of Ice Breaker
2. Teams have to showcase a pilot episode of a unique series of their own imagination
3. Teams can use English, Kannada, Tulu, or Hindi as the medium of communication in their pilot episode
4. Time limit is 7 minutes
5. Background music and props may be used at the team’s own expense
6. Vulgarity, profanity, and any action which hurts communal harmony and peace is strictly prohibited
7. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behaviour will result in immediate disqualification
8. Judges decision will be final and binding
9. If a college is participating in all the events, the all the participants (excluding Best Manager) must be a part of Ice Breaker.
