The next best thing after knowing something is where to find it, well with regard to quality education it's yiasm where you'll find it. My experience in yiasm was very pleasant and memorable which I'll cherish though out simy life. The institution is blessed to have the right teaching staff who are supportive, encouraging and highly competent in their area, they make you realize that it's not just studying hard it's studying smart as well which is really essential to succeed in this competitive world.I was also pursuing ACCA along with my bachelor's and I'm really overwhelmed by the support and guidance I got from them and the institution it's truly impeccable. Proud to be called myself as an alumnus of yiasm.
I take pride that am yenepoyian, the student from the year....... Last few days, I am been remembering my college days, those 3 years of struggle, happiness, festive, stubbornness to excel and lot more. In all these remembrance , I would never ever slip the memories with the faculty as you are the backbone in molding us students for what we are today. Yenepoya college has played a very vital role in shaping me into what I have become today. I entered the campus as a dreamer full of ideas and energy. Yenepoya helped me channelise my energy and ideas towards achieving those dreams. From a fresher to the college President..the three years that I spent at Yenepoya proved to be a catalyst in my journey of life.
I, Nawaz Ahmed have been the student of Yenepoya Degree College, Mangalore, It has definitely given me opportunities to explore my interests and passions through various fests & other activities which helped me to build my inner strength. Perhaps can’t deny the fact that the college have promoted lifelong learning, although grades are important, but more important is where you have grasped the knowledge within and have thus achieved a few essentials of life. I was working as a Project Accountant at Oracle, Bangalore and which kind of enhanced my confidence from a fresher/graduate to a professional. Right now I am working as a Senior General Accountant at Scale Interior Decoration LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

At the very outset I would like to express my heartiest thanks to the Yenepoya family. I extend my warm regards to my department, which has immensely helped me succeed. It gave me a platform to push myself and to understand the potentials that was hidden inside me. While undergoing graduation, I cherished the feeling of studying at an Institute, which focused on carrier enhancements along with overall skill development with the seamless mix of academics and extracurricular activities. My journey in Yenepoya was surreal where it made me realize that education is not just acquiring bookish knowledge it's about seeing things from a different perspective and thinking out of the box. It's not just scoring marks, it's about the things you learn and applies in a real competitive world, I hearty thank the faculty of the institution who helped me to exile academically as well as personally after all at the end of the day it's not the marks which matter, it's about yourself who you are. The teaching staff were like a cherry on the cake supportive, helpful, competent in their area who never hesitated in helping academically and mentally. I am overwhelmed and proud to call myself an alumnus of Yenepoya. Today I work as a Cost Controller in a well-reputed food chain in KSA. I owe a part of my success to the Yenepoya.
Every year hundreds of naive students like me enter college throughout the country but only a few colleges like "Yenepoya" can transform a student like me to someone who can believe in himself and make a difference in the society that we live in.What a joy to have been a student of Yenepoya , truly a journey filled with great memories to cherish with. The institute was so much more than I could have imagined. The institute helped me identify my true potential and channelise it to the right path. Not only did it focus on academic aspect, but also on extra curricular activities were given equal weightage which is so much essential in identifying your true caliber and shortcomings. It's the teaching staff who's considered the soul and backbone of the institute and I am so lucky to have found the best lecturers. My days at Yenepoya reminds me of the colourful stage, the incredible classroom atmosphere and the super supportive faculty. The support of the faculty members not only helped me score good marks but also has helped me to overcome my flaws. At Yenepoya, it always felt like a family, an another home which helped me realise my potential and to make the best use of it. The pleasant environment attracted the students to be in college everyday. This college is a perfect blend of both academics and extra-curricular activities. At this college I gained friendship and experiences which added a different perspective to my life. This college has made me the person who I am today,bold and confident. Journey of 3 beautiful years (BATCH 2015-18) - Life never gives anything for granted; you have to work hard and achieve everything. Years at Yenepoya passed by in swift where they immersed the students with knowledge, patience, and on top of all, the management abilities necessary to be able to compete in the real world of business. It gave me a platform to push myself and to understand the potentials that were hidden inside me. Those three years not only helped me broaden my horizon of knowledge on business and management but also helped me discover more about myself. The experience at Yenepoya was very different and has led me to explore and learn new things in terms of personal and professional growth. I wholeheartedly thank all the teachers and staffs in our institute who are still there and who were formerly working as well, for helping me adjust to every situation the whole time I was in Mangalore. It is the place where I have spent few of my most memorable days in my life, where I realised learning is not just confined within the four walls it's about developing yourself to face the competitive world. No doubt Yenepoya helps you in preparing for that not only by imparting knowledge but also helping you in moulding yourself into a better person.
